Client implementation conformant to this standard shall accept for backward compatibility reason ANY non-null value in particular

Richard:
- Part 8-1 Ed1 $20.4.2 states: the Select Response+ is a non-NULL value for the SBO attribute.
- Part 8-1 Ed2.1 $20.5.4 states: the Select Response+ is a non-NULL value for the SBO attribute. But table 96 states <CO_ CtrlObjectRef>
Update sSBOns10 to use: any value not matching <CO_ CtrlObjectRef> for example with tailing $SBO/$Oper
