Description

What is the purpose of 'ctlModel' at X group level, Y group level respectively? Operator switchgear controls are managed by CSWI LN, so a Select to allow the operator to think twice before Operate is not needed on X group level.

Reference is made to the comment from Kota Kawasaki 2024-10-30

The relevance of 'XCBR.Pos.ctlModel' towards controls via MMS and towards controls initiated from GOOSE subscription has to be clarified.

Preliminary answer: 'ctlModel'is of relevance from controls via MMS only.
The answers has to find into the standard.
