Description

In sSrv9 "Semantic of measured value (MV, CMV, WYE, DEL, SEQ" we find the following references: "IEC 61850-7-3 Subclause 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 7.4.2, Table 3"

Reference to IEC 61850-7-3 Table 3 "Attributes of ValWithTrans" does not make sense here.

In Part 7-3 Ed.2 there was a Table 3 "Relation of the detailed quality identifiers with invalid or questionable quality" which fits. This table is moved to IEC 61850-7-2 Ed.2.1 Table D.1.

Propose to update the reference.
