Discussion is needed:
1) If the new ConductingInfo class on the 61968 should be be used by the 61970 modeling?
2) Should the WireAssembly WirePosition and InterfaceSpacing Classes exist in the 61970 or 61968?
3) If bullet 1 answer is Yes then we need to consider moving the association currently between WireInfo and WirePosition to parent class ConductingInfo and WirePosition. (should we explicitly retain WireInfo and WirePosition association AND add association between ConductingInfo and WirePosition to maintain backwards compatibility?).

- IntraphaseSpacing (WireBundle), WirePosition, WireAssembly should move to 61970
- the changes described in the Word document should be implemented in CIM18
- we keep the name WireBundle instead of renaming it IntraphaseSpacing
