Description
Add a statement about the dependency of LD contained LN.LocSta from LD/LLN0.LocSta . Part 7-1 clause 6.4.2.1, Figure 14 states "for complete LD". Is the statement in the figure applicable for 'MtlLev' only or for both 'MltLev' and 'LocSta'?

Draft proposal
When there are nested logical devices, the control service checks for local/remote should be similar to the checks for Mod/Beh.
When a control request is received at a Logical Node, the checks should take into account the status of the Loc, LocSta, MltLev data objects of the logical node, and also the Loc, LocSta, MltLev data objects of the LLN0 for all containing logical devices.
In the case of different values, "Loc=true", "LocSta=true", "MltLev=False" are dominant.
