Description

sGos22 verifies K2.17 rules extended packed list like the quality.
To verify the subscribe to the quality it need to be configured as such and also the simulator need to change the quality.

Proposal:

Expected result add 'and quality'
1. DUT sends GOOSE message or Report with state and quality change reflecting the extended DA state and quality change
2. DUT sends GOOSE message or Report with state and quality change reflecting the edition 2 state and quality change
3. DUT sends GOOSE message or Report with state and quality change reflecting the extended DA state and quality change
4. DUT sends GOOSE message or Report with state and quality change reflecting the edition 2 state and quality change

Test description add 'and quality'
1. Publisher changes the value and quality of the extended dataset element as FCD
2. Publisher changes the value and quality of the Ed2 dataset element as FCD
3. Publisher changes the value and quality of the extended dataset element as FCDA
4. Publisher changes the value and quality of the Ed2 dataset element as FCDA
