Current sCnf82:
Verify for each LLN0 that if LLN0.NamPlt.lnNs is present it shall have value IEC 61850-7-4:2007B (and ldNs is valid domain name space), otherwise LLN0.NamPlt.ldNs shall have value IEC 61850-7-4:2007B.
Proposal sCnf82:
Verify for each LLN0 that if LLN0.NamPlt.lnNs is present it shall have value IEC 61850-7-4:2007B (and ldNs is valid domain name space), otherwise each non-proxy LLN0.NamPlt.ldNs in the IED shall have the same value IEC 61850-7-4:2007B or an inclusion name space
