Description

The Certificate needs to be updated to include the file name of the test procedure document. Suggest we add it in () after the current text in the Certificate.

This name needs to be provided in the submission form. Need to determine where, but should be in the Test Lab Tab?

Also need to discuss if there are additional KeyWords needed. Already added TestSet.

The certificate already refers to the exact version of the test procedures. I see no added value to mention the file name on the certificate. Test lab can provide the TP file name etc. in the submission form.
