tTf2 - export CID file only for Ed2.1?

Description

The test procedure does not specify which edition the CID file should have. If the ICT does support Ed1 shall we verify the Ed1 CID file as well? Is it mandatory? When the SICS I44 is Y, does this apply to all supported Editions? Is a subset allowed for CID?
