ED2 test case sCtl14 refers to PIXIT entry Ct16.
Ct16 is the ED1 only entry in the PIXIT template.
According to Figure 42 and Tabl 108,, after the first client sends correct Operate command, there should only be one response, it is Response- with command-already-in-execution. This respond aligns with Sctl14 abstract test case description as well.
It is suggested to remove the PIXIT entry Ct16 from this test case and update the expected result to be reponse- with command-already-in-execution.
