Description

If there is an issue reported, please report the test case number/name that was being executed.

The device (AA1D1Q01BPU2) has a minimum Goose MinTime of 10ms.

The SCD file has a minimum Goose MinTime of 5ms for this device.

The configured device uses the 10ms, as discovered by a client.

The SCL schema has no feature to indicate the minimum MinTime.

Proposal descriptions

Add a feature to SCL to indicate a minimum MinTime.

Need to add a Services Section for a Minimum-MinTime. Physical Device characteristic input from ICD to SCT to tell the SCT the engineering parameters.

SCL is lacking a mechanism to provide/protect information for a predefined control block. For GOOSE Control blocks predefined forward to WG10, propose an attribute for minTime in the Communication section that indicates a minimum-MinTime. Could also go in as an attribute of the GSEControl itself.

Place as a future issue in Redmine.
