The test procedures Rev1.1 is limited to NSD 2007B3 - indicated in clause 2.2.

Propose to change to
Version 2007B3 or newer 2007B release of the name space definition (nsd) for IEC 61850 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1 and 9-2 ...
- Initial Test Document set to Ed2Amd1 TP1.2 and Ed2 TP2.0.6
- 61850 Standard 7-4 added
