Description

Add a statement about the dependency of 'LN.Loc' contained in LD from LD/LLN0.Loc (and LocSta, as applicable). Is this dependency limited to contained LN instances of that LD or, in the case of nested LD, including also subordinate levels? (see Tissue 1778)

Draft proposal
When there are nested logical devices, the control service checks for local/remote should be similar to the checks for Mod/Beh.

When a control request is received at a Logical Node, the checks should take into account the status of the Loc, LocSta, MltLev data objects of the logical node, and also the Loc, LocSta, MltLev data objects of the LLN0 for all containing logical devices.
In the case of different values, "Loc=true", "LocSta=true", "MltLev=False" are dominant.
