Delete it or at least deprecate now that we have the new classes. Update - Feb 2023 by Chavdar: Propose to WG13 to delete the deprecated attribute *RatioTapChanger.tculControlMode* RatioTapChanger.tculControlMode and the *TransformerControlMode* related enumeration. This was deprecated since CIM16.
