The cdc="GTS" was missing the optional: minTime, maxTime and fixedOffs. This may impact sMdl7 and sMdl15. The GTS minTime, maxTime and fixedOffs were already allowed and it's nice to have these in the 8-1 NSD. No impact on the test procedures.
