Description

SwitchPhase.closed is described as "The attribute tells if the switch is considered closed when used as input to topology processing."
SwitchPhase.open is described as "The attribute tells if the switch is considered open when used as input to topology processing."

Both attributes are describing the state of the switch for topology processing purposes. Having two different attribute names is confusing.

Yes, it's a breaking change, but will be far less breaking now than it would be in the future when the unbalanced profiles are more widely implemented.

Proposed Solution

Rename SwitchPhase.closed to SwitchPhase.open.
