Description

SV and SSH use load-sign convention, while EQ is based on nameplate data and it is not stated explicitly for most attributes (p, q, limits, etc.). We've found this creates confusions in the absence of explicit statements. This should be corrected throughout the model in CIM18.

Proposed Solution

Update all descriptions in the model that may need clarification.
