According to the extension rules in part 7-1 we have 2 solutions to indicate a LN contains extension data objects:
1) the LN has lnNs=IEC61869-9
2) the extended data objects have dataNs=IEC61869-9
sCnf121, sCnf122, sCnf123 do require method 1). These test procedures should also allow method 2)
Proposal:
replace " The effective logical node namespace: lnNs = IEC 61869-9:2016[A] "
by " The logical node has lnNs=IEC61869-9:2016[A] and/or the extension Data Objects have dataNs=IEC61869-9:2016[A]"
