sSBOes8 why is time validated for Cancel but not for the Operate

Description

sSBOes8 compares the SelectWithValue-Operate and SelectWithValue-Cancel

For the Operate (step2) we change ctlVal, origin, ctlNum, test and Check (not the TimeStamp!!)
But for the Cancel (step 6) we check the T time+1/-1min and expect "inconsistent parameter.

Proposal: remove T time+1/-1min check at step 6 Cancel.
