Description

Feedback on draft IEC 62746-4 recommend the following attributes:
- type
- energyDownRampRate
- energyUpRampRate
- maximumResponseTime

be elevated from RegisteredDistributedResource to RegisteredResource since "these attribute are needed for more than RegisteredDistributedResource."

Decision

The attributes the reside in RegisteredDistributedResource may also exist in RegisteredGenerator, but are not used by other types of RegisteredResources such as RegisteredInterties. The RegisteredDistributedResource attributes will continue to exist as local attributes of RegisteredDistributedResource.
