Description

DCNode does not have a 452 constraint and all other DCConductingEquipment are contained in a DCConverterUnit which will be insufficient if we have DC grid (DC substations, DC switches, etc.)

As part of this effort we need to evaluate the <<NC>> extensions that include DCSubstation, DCSubstationPole, DCSubstationBipole, etc. for inclusion in CIM18. This would require some rework/updates on equipment containment.

Proposed Solution

Proposal is to migrate the <<NC>> extensions mentioned in the description of this issue into CIM18 normatively. Also to updated our containment clauses within the 301 and the 452, etc.
