If you open up page 1 and page 2 of the certificate they seem to be disconnected.
There is no link or information in a page is strictly bonded to page 1
- Add "No. <<certificate number>>" as well to the second page (prefer that one)
- New field below "No. <<certificate number>>" allows the customer to add his own [test lab doc identification]
- Introduce page 1/2 and page 2/2 to the the lower right corner
