Description

During the DER discussion @ the Joint WG Hybrid meeting in Minneapolis it was determined that we want to re-evaluate all of our descriptions, package names, class names, etc. and any references to HVDC should be changed to DV. This is due to the fact that much of the DC stuff can be utilized in the context of DER as well.

Proposed Solution

A proposed solution should be updated here upon proper evaluation of what we have today across the Grid package.
