Decision of the TF (2024-01-18):
The clause about SwModKey which was revised during the meeting shall find its place in TR 7-500. It is posted on the IEC Collaboration Tool https://collaborate.iec.ch/#/pages/workspaces/137208/documents/201792/details/826219?onlyWithPreview=false&fileId=826219.
The resolution of Tissue 1845 https://iec61850.tissue-db.com/tissues/1845 can made use of that text.
Table 1 of IEC/TR 61850-7-5 shall be deleted, as its content contradicts to IEC 61850-7-2 and to the content of the new table (Tissue 1901 https://iec61850.tissue-db.com/tissues/1901).
