Description

Ed2.1 ICT test procedures refer to TICS. But the TICS has no part 6 tissues. As such there are no applicable tissues for ICT (and SCT) tool testing.
Propose to remove sDoc3 test case and remove TICS reference from certificate template

Can we have an empty TICs?

Presumably we will have a TISSUE on this part at some point. Seems counterproductive to remove.
