Description
TP1.2 sSvs1 step 6 requires the DUT to subscribe to the MAC address which is out of recommended range.
According to 61869-9 TABLE 908, it says that "the address shall be 01-0C-CD-04-xx-xx".
In 9-2LE table 9 says "Needs to be configured; the recommendation of 9-2 Annex C shall be followed".
So it seems that SV publisher shall publish the recommend MAC range.
Suggest to remove all the words after step 5.

I tend to disagree; the recommended range from 9-2 is still a recommended range from 9-2 Ed2.1 perspective, and we should test addresses outside the recommended range in order to make subscriber compatible with any multicast address
