Description

Add a statement about the relation between the 'ctlModel' of the controller LN and the 'ctlModel' of the proxy LN, e.g. CSWI.Pos--XCBR.Pos or ATCC.TapPos--YLTC.TapPos .The ctlModels can be different/must be the same?
