Description
The ReadingTypeID field contains phases A,B,C, and N, but not ground. Sometimes the distinction between neutral and ground is important, and a GFCI's role is to measure the difference between the two.
Proposed Solution
Designate bits 15 and 16 to indicate ground ("G1" and "G2").
(When listed in a certain direction NG is distinguished from GN as the first one taking on a '1' and the second one a '2'.)
