Description

An indication of whether distribution equipment is overhead or underground is very useful particularly in the operations domain. Consider if an Equipment level attribute makes sense or if something more specific should be done.

Decision

Reviewed 28-Jun-2023 in weekly UCA TF13 call:
Suggested that an enumeration be added as opposed to a boolean.

We needed experts to suggest proposals for the enum literals:

overhead
underground
underwater (?)

The first two above are concretely needed. Alex Anderson has a project over the next several months which should inform this area further. Celso and Andres may also have an opinion on potential additiona enum literals that might be useful. Finally, Svein may be able to contribute for underwater.
