Description

Rename packages to remove references to IEC standards.
IEC62325 -> ? (determine a name that does not cause problems with jCleanCIM and the term "Market" which is already used in sub packages)
DocIEC62325 -> Doc?
InfIEC62325 -> Inf?
Update the IEC62325Dependencies diagram and the IEC62325CIMVersion class with the new name chosen for replacement of IEC62325.

Proposed Solution

Name agreed upon "Market" will replace "IEC62325" in package names. Completed in Market04v15 UML version.
