Rename packages to remove references to IEC standards. IEC62325 -> ? (determine a name that does not cause problems with jCleanCIM and the term "Market" which is already used in sub packages) Market DocIEC62325 -> Doc? DocStdMarket InfIEC62325 -> Inf? Update the IEC62325Dependencies diagram and the IEC62325CIMVersion class with the new name chosen for replacement of IEC62325. InfMarket
