Description

For the new attribute SettlementMethod in AccountingPoint, see https://redmine.ucaiug.org/issues/5801, there is a need, in the European Style Market Profile (ESMP), to have a datatype and an enumeration.
The MR was provided by ebIX® (ebIX 2022/028) 2022-10-12 and discussed in ENTSO-E CIM for retail market TF.

Proposed Solution

The ESMP datatype would be SettlementMethodType_String, based on String.
The enumeration, SettlementMethodTypeList, will include three codes with the following names and description
E01 Profiled
A code specifying that the energy volumes from this Accounting Point are calculated based on a profile and that the Accounting Point is part of the reconciliation process.

E02 Non-profiled
A code specifying that the energy volumes from this Accounting Point are continuously measured, such as every 15 or 60 minutes. Non-profiled Accounting Points are NOT part of the reconciliation process.

E15 Non-profiled with special rules
A code specifying that the energy volumes form this Accounting Point are continuously measured, such as every 15 or 60 minutes, however treated based on special national rules

Decision

Agreed in ENTSO-E CIM for retail market TF 2023-01-18.
