Description
LLN0.Health of a LD should be the worst case taking into account LPHD0.PhyHealth = 3 of the IED hosting the LD and the operational status of the application represented by the LD. Relevant functional standards and / or BAP may define criteria applicable for the application.
The meaning of "Health" should not be different for several IEDs in a system
