Description

Table A.4.2 specifies the condition for each conditional test case.
Current condition for sSrvN1e/sSrvN3 is: PICS-SetDataValues but sometimes the SCL has no attribute FC=CF/SP/DC with valKind=Set.
Propose to make the condition consistent with sSrvN2 as follows: SCL-FC=CF/DC/SP and valKind=Set: sSrvN1e, sSrvN3

(note: the condition for sSrvN2 is: SCL-Enum with FC=CF/DC/SP and valKind=Set)
