sRpN5 step 8 missing reservation

Description

At step 8 the client just configures the URCB without prior reservation that will fail for Ed2Amd1 but the expected result is to succeed the configuration.

Either add reservation in step8 or change the expected result to failure. The last option is tested by sRpN9, so I propose the first option to add reservation:

Change Step 8: Client1 configures the URCB.
Into Step 8: Client1 reserves and configures the URCB.
