Description

For the latest TISSUE 1361 for Ed2.0 (statement in the attachment), there are two things to be clarified:
1. The statement: Switching between the modes (Mod.stVal) should only happen as a result of an operator command to the data object Mod. Mod and Beh are always accessible by the services.
Question: What does the operator command mean? Only communication service or an local switch is also allowed? The statement may influence the implementation.

2. The statement: The communication services for the data object Mod do not care about the status of the Beh of the LN, i.e. Mod will always accept commands with Test=false.Mod, Beh and Health will always have validity=good.
Question1): When the server is in test Mode, what test quality of Mod, Beh, Health should be? The statement says something about validity, but not the other quality bits.
Question2): “ Mod will always accept commands with Test=false”, what if the client send a command with test=true when the server is in test Mode?
