JCIMClean found 7 attributes that have word 'flag'. - rename (by removing word 'flag') and if they are not already Boolean, change their type

Proposed Solution

Why does flag need to be removed? Does flag always mean boolean?

Decision

TF13 call 18 Oct 2023.
Agreed to close jCleanCim issues as they are old. New issues for CIM18 will be opened in case there is a need to discuss/fix.
