WG10 Proposal:

Make sure that all information that is in PICS or in PIXIT and relevant for engineering capability / functionality is included in the service element of SCLMeeting June 2014: the only PIXIT to transfer to SCL was about configuration of some addresses (PSEL, etc); conclusion was that the parameters shall be declared by servers in the communication section of ICD/IID files.
