Ed2.1 server certificate template standards reference
Description
The present Server Certificate template in UCATestProceduresServer61850-8-1Ed2Amd1_Rev1p0.pdf specifies the version of the standard as:
IEC 61850 Edition 2 Amendment 1 Parts 6, 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1 [and 9-2 and IEC 61869 First Edition Part 9].
This is not technically correct because the amendment must be considered with the base standard (Ed2)
Propose new text:
IEC 61850 Edition 2 Parts 6, 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1, and 9-2 as amended by AMD1 and IEC 61869-9 Edition 1.

I agree with the Proposed Certificate change and suggest a similar change for the Edition text used in posting certificates to redmine.

Propose another text to address the fact that individual amendments were published for each Parts 6, 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1, 9-2.
Proposed text:
The server product has not been shown to be non-conforming to:
IEC 61850 Edition 2 with Amendment 1 of Parts 6, 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1, and 9-2 and IEC 61869-9 Edition 1.

The 61869-9 reference should be dated not First Edition Part 9. Something like 61869-9:2016 should be used or IEC 61869-9 Edition 1. First Edition is not correct terminology.

As agred 7-September-2021 by the UCAIug Test Procedure Working Group, Annex H of Ed2.1 Server Test Procedures Rev 1.1 has title "IEC 61850 Edition 2 with Amendment 1 Parts 6, 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, 8-1 [, 9-2 and IEC 61869 First Edition Part 9]"
This can by updated to "... 61869 Edition 1.0]" at the next revision if needed.
