06/01/2022 - WG13 reviewed the paragraph and decided to 'bundle' these together with latest GMDM IOP related to distribution transformer modeling (e.g., GMDM Issue #5). It is therefore the case that certain contents of the paragraphs are obsolete and need to be adjusted accordingly. WG13 has already reached to the consensus that these contents need to be discussed under the context of Part-13, but is not sure who is the lead/owner on the document. Will sort it out together with GMDM updates
WG13 reviewed this again on 12-Jun-2023 in Oslo. The decision made was:
- In thinking this through more thoroughly we have decided that this is best left in IEC 61968-11 for the time being and moved as a part of the documentation clean up effort following unbalanced transformer modeling/streamlining.
- Our ask therefore is that Margaret put this back into Part 11 (since it is not yet published) and then plan in a future edition to remove this section and move it to IEC 61970-301
04-Sep-2024: Revisited again and discussed in the TF13 call:
Svein: Issue that not all of these documents are aligned in this area. Margaret’s proposal was to just put it all in WG13 (i.e. in the -301). A core issue however is that some of the classes are WG14 related and therefore not a fit for this (they would need to be migrated to WG13).
Svein: Proposing we assign this to someone in WG13 to write the text that would need to be in Part 11. We avoid changes to the model but appropriately update the respective docs as needed.
Action Item: We'd ultimately want the Part 11 lead to review this.

Determined these action items:
- As far as the 301 - no major changes. Perhaps a sentence referring to unbalanced that says to basically refer to 61968-11 for details in that area.
- Get the latest template from Henry so that TF13 can update as needed and provide back to him.
- 452 will include elements from part 11. Depending on the outcomes of the unbalanced discussions it will determine what may or may not be included in the 452.
- Svein - will locate the latest template for 61968-13
- Task then is to review all templates to ensure they are aligned with what we have in the 301. Those template to be updated if/as needed and provided back to the respective leads. Chavdar agreed to look at the templates if he is provided them.
