04/05/2023: Create ControlAreaPowerElectronicsUnit class with association with PowerElectronicsUnit PowerElectronics and ControlArea. We want to follow the same pattern as between ControlArea and GeneratingUnit. Class and property descriptions are the same except for the classes.
