Both the RatioTapChanger.tculControlMode attribute and the corresponding TransformerControlMode enumeration have been removed. These have been deprecated since the CIM16 release and were not part of release. This is no longer included in the published profiles for CIM17. profiles. The RegulatingControl.mode should be used instead.
