sSrv16 or redmine 6518
does verify the coherency of the values exposed in the device and SCL.
Indrectly, this means that the each CF, SP, SG/SE shall have a value exposed in SCL, does it not?
Tissue https://iec61850.tissue-db.com/tissues/1983 - propose to have a dedicated test. Is it necessary or do we have it already with sSrv16 indirectly?
