sLog8 step 5 and 13 single logentry with multiple values not supported

Description

part 7-2 states number of entries in a single log is a local issue. part 8-1 states bufTm is not mapped (treated as bufTm=0) so every state change result in a separate logentry. Also part 8-1 table 155 states that EntryContent data contains only one listOfVariable with variableTag+valueSpecification.

Step 13 expects the server to support a single log entry with multiple values. This is not possible according to table 155.

I propose to remove step 13 "Client sends valid QueryLogAfter with RangeStartTime equal to that with multiple entry value and with entry equal to the non-first entry at that time"
