Description

Smart inverter settings are almost universally referenced via IEEE 1547 and there is a separate issue (Issue #7289) to capture the capabilities of a particular smart inverter make/model/version. This issue is to track smart inverter settings which can be (a) defined regionally for all smart inverters or perhaps all smart inverters of a given size or (b) per device. In either case, the modelling can be associated as (a) a named profile or (b) a direct link to specific instance. In both cases the SETTINGS must be within the range defined by the CAPBILITITY to be associated with InverterInfo.

Proposed Solution

Add modelling as shown in the attached file. There should be some discussion to determine the best "home" for this as one could also make an argument for this extension living in the Enterprise world since it related to managing settings of an ASSET, even though those settings are derived from results of studies of the EQUIPMENT.
