Now that the core AssetInfo classes are complete for smart inverters (InverterInfo), the full set of IEEE 1547 capabilities need to be added. Important note: these are the CAPABILITIES of a given device and not the SETTING for that device. A SETTING must be within the range of the min/max CAPABILITY.
