Description

A set of prospective changes to a grid model (which could be, for example, the result of a future grid construction project) can call for the creation, deletion or update of an attribute property. For such a change, the ability to delete or update attribute properties is not dependent on the existence or value of the attribute in the base model to which the Difference Model is being applied. However, the -552 currently requires that the previous attribute value be specified.

Given the basic nature of the requirement for the 'blind' update and delete of attribute properties, the mechanism by which this requirement is supported should be described for each serialisation technology utilized for standard 61970 data exchanges.
