Description
What's the definition for 'Supporting Substitution Service' while filling the PICS and PIXIT?
For example, if the SUT could only send write request for DAs 'subVal' and 'subEna'; but could not send write request for subQ (but after writing 'subEna' to 'True', SUT could handle the value of q with substituted bit set). Can we say the SUT supports substitution service?
