Description

The clause as of Ed.1 requires some explanation to better understand the figure and the functionality it shows.

The statement "phase contacts (see XCBR) are opened or closed with this time difference" requires re-working.

Reworking of text and figure is finished.
The document and the figure are posted on the IEC Collaboration Tool.
To be integrated into IEC/TS 61850-7-500 Ed.2 in place of the existing clause 10.1.1.2 .
