Luminous intensity per area is used to express how bright something seems. It is used in describing Zenith luminance, one of several parameters used to measure daylight, which is a type of AtmosphericAnalog being proposed as part of the WG16 Environmental Data package.
A new unit symbol in the enumerated list of symbols in UnitSymbol is needed for it.
Suggest the following attribute name: cdPerm2
And the following description (Notes): Luminous intensity in candelas per square metre (m2). (the 2 is a superscript)
